Information you provide
Seyrava stores the account, trip, itinerary, booking, budget, readiness, and saved-place information you choose to enter so we can provide the workspace. Saved places can include names, addresses, coordinates, notes, links, priorities, and statuses.
Google Maps matching and photos
When you request individual or batch Google Maps matching, Seyrava sends the saved place name, location context, and approximate coordinates when available to Google Places API. A batch match selects Google's top result and lets you change it later. Seyrava saves only the place identifier. Listing details, opening hours, ratings, contact information, photo media, and attribution are requested live and are not stored by Seyrava. Google handles this data under its Privacy Policy.
AI-generated place images
Image generation happens only when you request it. Seyrava sends relevant place fields—such as name, category, trip destination, address, and notes—to OpenAI to create the image. The resulting image and its descriptive text are stored in Vercel Blob and in Seyrava's database until you remove them. Review OpenAI's Privacy Policy and Vercel's Privacy Policy.
Security, retention, and your choices
Provider keys remain server-side, and saved-place media routes require owner authentication. You can change or remove a Google match and remove a generated image from Saved Places. We retain workspace data while it is needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
